Wil Gatlin is an Audio Engineer/Producer. He was a part of the first phase of This is Memphis, but after getting to know him, I had to see him in action. I swung by the studio and got to watch Wil work at producing some amazing Memphis music.
Lord T & Eloise are “intergalactic time travelers” and “saviors of rap music” that are from Memphis, TN. Aristocrats from the 1800′s they’ve come to 2011 to bring the crunk. With Lord T’s white powdered wigs and Eloise’s gold skin, how could it not be amazing.
With a unique sound, they’re working on their third album currently and will soon be touring the U.S. I was able to get these pictures at their recent concert at Minglewood Hall. They are energetic and put on a great show. You have to experience these guys live to fully enjoy their sound.
CJ Tate is an amazing performer. He’s working on his album right now, and has a single “Send her on to me” out right now. He puts on an amazing show, and he’s performing next week, August 7th at the Hi Tone.
